Purpose

Stevens Group commits to responsible business practices and the preservation of the natural environment through bestpractice environmental management in all aspects of its operations.

Scope

This policy applies to all Stevens Group employees, contractors, visitors and any other person(s) who perform work or arepresent at a Stevens Group site, location or workplace. Stevens Group is involved in the provision of Estimating, Draftingand Manufacturing of structural metal, steel, and other metal products for commercial structural purposes.

Stevens Group recognises its responsibilities and is committed to achieving high standards in Environmental Protectionwhilst ensuring conformance with associated legislative framework across all business activities. The progressive andcontinuing growth of Stevens Group is both a philosophical and pragmatic approach towards reducing the environmentalimpact whilst providing sustainability. Fundamental elements associated with this policy are outlined below:

• Maintaining compliance with environmental legislation, regulations, guidance materials and statutory obligations
• Managing environmental concerns in accordance with client requirements, policies and procedures
• Manage our diverse activities to prevent or minimise pollution and impacts on visual amenity, air, water, land, flora,fauna, including cultural and heritage values
• Adopting best practice, setting targets and objectives and continually improving the business environmentalperformance
  Prevention, reduction and elimination of harm to the environment as far as reasonably practical
  Monitoring activities, products, substances and services that may cause environmental harm
• Driving a culture of continuous environmental improvement with a focus towards efficiency and sustainability
• Ensuring the environment is considered in our investment and business strategies, procurements, and the products andservices we offer
• Providing employee’s with awareness training, and resources required to meet environmental objectives
